Bridal beauty

Over the fourth of July weekend I was able to do Whitney's bridal pictures. She made this beautiful dress herself! She is such a beautiful bride!

This is one of my favorites. She looks so sassy and cute!

Only one more week till the wedding. Time flies. It's been really fun going on this journey with Whitney and Michael. I don't usually get to do all the photos for a couple, (engagement, bridals, and wedding). But it has been really fun, I hope they enjoyed it as much as I have.

I have been loving playing around in Photoshop these past couple of days.  And since I don't really make much mula actually taken photos for other people, I figure I am okay to post whatever photos I want on my blog.  :)  But I have really been learning a lot of new things.  So maybe someday when I do get a paying gig, I'll have some mad skills.

Trying something new

I was able to go shooting (pictures, not animals) today with a friend of mine today, and it was a lot of fun.  I don't do many pictures of buildings or landscape, but we were able to do that today.  And it was quite a bit of fun.  So, I thought I'd post some of my "before and afters" just for the fun of it.

Halle is four months old!  Here are a few pictures from her little "four month" photo shoot.  She really likes to suck her thumb, as you can see. 

I was able to do some family pictures for my sis over Christmas break.  These were pretty cool to shoot.  There was this huge field of untouched snow, and it was just so beautiful.  But so were the subjects, they all looked so great, and the snow made a really cool effect.

I got the opportunity to take some pictures of my husband's sister's family a few weeks ago.  It was so much fun and they just look so great!  What a cute family!
